Each step below can be customized to meet your needs

Initial Meeting

Crescent Cold Storage staff will meet with you to discuss your frozen storage needs

Preparation

We will schedule your shipment to us and set up the products in our inventory management system

Delivery

We will receive your shipment using our proprietary warehouse management system designed to track every state of your product

Picking Items

In the event that your product will need to be sent out on trucks for your deliveries, we will pick the products to fill the order and then load the items onto pallets to be shipped

Pulling Pallets

We will schedule your pick up time window so we can be ready when you arrive

Billing

Invoices for Crescent Cold Storage will be broken down by Number of Pallet Spaces Rented and Number of Boxes Picked to Fill Purchase Orders on a monthly basis
